Our 7-day re-run guarantee
If something in your package doesn't fit your brief — wrong roles, off-target salary bands, a missed constraint — email us within 7 days and we'll re-run the parts that missed at no extra charge.
Our non-delivery guarantee
If we don't deliver your package within 7 business days of payment, you get a full refund — no questions asked. Email us and we'll process it. We target 4 business days; 7 is the hard line we hold ourselves to.
Refunds
Work begins when your payment is confirmed and your package enters production. Because each package is custom-built for your profile, orders are non-refundable once work has begun. The 7-day re-run guarantee above is how we make a package that missed right — and the non-delivery guarantee means you never pay for a package that doesn't arrive.
The founding-member rate of ₹1,499 (off the ₹2,999 standing price) is offered in exchange for an honest review after delivery; it does not change your guarantee or these terms.
