Our non-delivery guarantee

If we don't deliver your package within 7 business days of payment, you get a full refund — no questions asked. Email us and we'll process it. We target 1 business day; 7 is the hard line we hold ourselves to.

Refunds

Work begins when your payment is confirmed and your package enters production. Because each package is custom-built for your profile, orders are non-refundable once work has begun. The 7-day re-run guarantee above is how we make a package that missed right — and the non-delivery guarantee means you never pay for a package that doesn't arrive.

Weekly updates: cancelling & refunds

Your first month of weekly job-listing updates is included in the package price. After that, the updates are an optional ₹299/month continuation.

Cancel anytime with one email — write to us or reply to any of our emails, and the updates stop at the end of your paid period. No calls, no hoops. Cancelling never removes your package, workbench, or anything already delivered.

If we fail to deliver a weekly update cycle you've paid for, we'll extend your period or refund that month — your choice.
