Who we are

CareerIntel is operated by Rishab Paul as a sole proprietorship based in India. GST and full registration details are being finalised and will appear here once complete.

What we collect

The information you enter during intake (name, email, target role, location, work mode, current/target/floor compensation, timeline, visa status, deal-breakers, dream companies, and your answers to a few tailored follow-up questions) and the resume file you upload.

Basic technical data such as your approximate country, used only to default your currency. We do not build advertising profiles.

How we use it

Solely to research and build your career package and to email it to you — by our team and the service providers listed below, never for any unrelated purpose.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Service providers we rely on

We use a small set of trusted service providers to run CareerIntel. They process your data only to deliver the service, on our instructions, under their own security and confidentiality terms — they may not use it for their own purposes.

To prepare your package, your resume and intake answers are processed by third-party AI / language-model providers — both to tailor your follow-up questions during intake and to build your deliverables. Market and company research is run against external data sources using only role and market terms, never your personal details.

Payments are handled by our payment processor; we never see or store your full card or bank details. Confirmation and delivery emails are sent through an email provider, the site and your submission are hosted with our cloud infrastructure provider, and an IP-geolocation service is used once to default your currency.

When you start an order, a short operational notification with your order details is sent to our team over our internal notification channels so a human can pick it up promptly — used only to run your order, never for marketing.

We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for advertising.

How long we keep it

Your resume, brief, and intake answers are kept through the 7-day re-run window after delivery so we can honor that guarantee, then the resume is deleted. If you start an order and don't finish it, the resume is deleted when the order lapses (after about 30 days of inactivity). If you pay but we can't deliver, we keep it only as long as needed to fulfil or refund your order, then delete it.

We delete your data sooner on request — email us any time to have it removed.

Confidential (stealth) searches

If you enable stealth mode, we treat your search as confidential: your strategy includes a confidentiality-focused review of your online presence, and we write our emails accordingly — no role names in subject lines and no unsolicited check-in emails that could surface your search.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or have it deleted, by emailing hello@careerintel.dev.
